However, the site did not guide the user to do what our client wanted them to do. Platinum AC wanted their website visitors to pick up the phone and call them. To encourage this we included a stand out call to action button with their phone number reading “Call: 0423 065 131” To ensure the traffic we helped generate was converted into leads they needed a more modern design which helped communicate their professional services and better. If their visitors didn't like the company image and didn't have a great user experience, they would be less likely to contact the guys at Platinum AC.

SEO Optimisation & Ongoing SEO Work: This is always a tough one for clients to understand and see the value as the results are long-term and difficult to measure. However, Platinum AC has seen the value here as their traffic has built up consistently and their key word search results have been climbing. Due to their website redesign Platinum AC's return on investment for their online marketing is paying off.

Write a blog: We encouraged both blog writing and social media use to help initiate and engaged with previous, current, and potential clients.

Online Shopping Cart: To attract more attention online via air conditioning unit sales Platinum AC needed to have their own E Commerce solution. Having more pages on their site with content related to their industry helps drive traffic. More traffic creates more leads and unit sales increases the chances of installation jobs which is Platinum AC's core business. They now have 50+ products selling Daikin and Panasonic Air Conditioning units. Each product can be checked out using their secured payment gateway using an encryption certificate (SSL) and Paypal to process their payments.
